All hearing aids and accessories are sold with a 45 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel this purchase within 45 days after receiving your items for a full refund of the purchase price. The trial period begins when you receive your purchase. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days. "A hearing aid will not restore normal hearing nor will it prevent further hearing loss." Ear molds, and special order items are not returnable. The items must be returned in good working order. The item will be returned to the purchaser if the item cannot be returned to the manufacturer, due to any damage to the product.
All hearing aids come with a two year repair warranty from the manufacturer that covers all repairs if malfunctioning. Remotes and other accessories come with a one year manufacturers warranty. All hearing aids come with two year loss and damage coverage. Each hearing aid will be replaced by the manufacturer, one time only, if lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair during the warranty period. Loss and damage claims require a $295.00 fee per aid due at the time of replacement. Each hearing aid will be replaced only one time during the warranty period. A three year warranty is available for an additional $75 per aid (see product page). Remotes, chargers, receivers and accessories are warrantied for one year or as indicated and do not carry loss and damage coverage.
Ordering hearing aids from The Hearing Club, LLC constitutes acceptance of the Medical Waiver requirement as follows: The Hearing Club has advised you that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has determined that your best interest would be served if you had a medical evaluation by a licensed physician (preferably a physician that specializes in diseases of the ear) before purchasing a hearing aid. And you do not wish to have a medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and that you are 18 years of age or older.
The Hearing Club protects your health information according to the Federal Law P.L.101-191: Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to ensure the privacy of your personal health information. All employees, staff and other The Hearing Club, LLC personnel follow our privacy practices and may only use or disclose your protected health information to provide you with hearing enhancement services as required by federal, state and local laws. You have the right to inspect or request copies of your hearing health information.
